  • For the Sardine Topping

  • 1 medium Fresh Tomatoes Opt for ripe varieties for maximum flavor.
  • 1 small Thinly Sliced Onion Red onion works beautifully for a sweeter taste.
  • Flavor Enhancements
  • 1 clove Fresh Garlic Rubbing a cut clove on warm toast infuses flavor.

Preparation
